A judge has banned Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband from selling a sex tape of the pair until her lawsuit against him is decided.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James Chalfant today extended a restraining order stopping Ojani Noa from distributing the risque film which was filmed during his honeymoon with Lopez in 1997, US media report.
The ban will remain in place until the next hearing on December 1.

Noa, who was married to Lopez for 11 months, reacted angrily to the decision, telling the New York Post his ex-wife was being unfair.
"She's trying to stop me from moving on with my life," the newspaper quoted Noa as saying.
"This is proof of her power and money in trying to stop me from moving on."
Lopez has filed a $10.7 million lawsuit against Noa on the basis that Noa was breaking confidentiality agreements the former couple signed in 1998 and 2005.
In deciding to extend the restraining order, Judge Chalfant said the interests of Lopez's privacy outweighed Noa's desire to distribute the tape.
The tape reportedly contains 11 hours of footage and is titled, "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story".
According to the National Enquirer, which claims to have seen the tape, it shows Lopez wearing skimpy underwear and being spanked in bed by Noa.
In also includes footage of Lopez jumping on a motorcycle in a short dress and no underwear, and an ugly fight between the singer and her mother.
