Supermodel Heidi Klum is reportedly preparing to divorce her husband of seven years, English singer Seal.

The 38-year-old German model and television host will cite "irreconcilable differences" when she files for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court as early as next week, TMZ reports.

The couple, who have renewed their vows on every wedding anniversary since their marriage on May 10, 2005, have three biological children and Seal adopted Heidi's eldest daughter from a previous relationship.

A divorce is likely to be costly for Klum who continues to rake in the big buck thanks to her role as host of reality television show Next Top Model and producer of Project Runway. Forbes reported that Klum earned $19 million last year. It is not known how much Seal earned.
